A 2012 graduate of Vermilion High School, Blair excelled as a multi-sport athlete, lettering in baseball for four years and achieving a career batting average of .438. His high school accolades include: 4 Years - All-District Honors and All-Parish Recognition; 3 Years - All-State Selection; 1 Year - Parish MVP and Louisiana High School All-Star Game Participant (senior year)
For two summers, he competed with Marucci Elite 18u, further honing his skills against top-tier talent. He attended LSU Shreveport on a scholarship, where he started for 3 years and set the program’s stolen base record with 23 steals, a mark that stood for 5 years.
After overcoming injuries and completing a degree in Business at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, he transitioned his focus to player development.
A proud father of two, Blair’s mission is to share his knowledge and experience to help young athletes improve their skills, build confidence, and develop a love for the game.

A 1997 graduate of New Iberia Senior High School, he continued his playing career at Hinds Community College in Raymond, MS, and then at The University of Southern Mississippi, in Hattiesburg, MS. He has more than ten years of coaching experience at the Recreational League, USSSA, and American Legion levels. He then served in the U.S. Army for 25 years, retiring as a Master Sergeant in April of 2024.
He currently lives in Lafayette with his wife, Viky. Their children, Diego, Landrey, Mia, and Leila, motivate him to lead with integrity, patience, and care.

He specializes in developing young athletes through speed, agility, strength, and confidence-based training.
Combining performance training with leadership principles from his master’s degree background, Coach Mac also incorporates elements of his AMPD (Awareness, Mindset, Purpose , & Direction) mentoring approach to help athletes grow mentally and personally, not just physically.
Known for his energy and ability to connect with athletes, Coach Mac focuses on building disciplined, confident players while emphasizing mindset, leadership, and character both on and off the field.

He currently serves as the Defensive Backs Coach at Northside High School, specializing in developing disciplined, confident, and fundamentally sound athletes.
While focusing on footwork and position-specific drills, Bryson is committed to helping athletes grow both physically and mentally to reach elite performance levels.

A 2014 graduate of Eunice High School,
he built a strong foundation as a student-athlete before continuing his athletic career at Louisiana State University at Eunice, where he was part of the 2015 NJCAA Division II National Championship team.
Today, Scotty is driven by his passion for building businesses, creating meaningful opportunities, and being a devoted father
to his two daughters, Ella Claire and Adilynn Grace.
