TUTT House Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
1. Sponsorship Duration
Sponsors may opt for a three-year commitment, billed annually.
Multi-year commitments guarantee priority placement and recognition for the full term.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of submission.
TUTT House reserves the right to hold signage or naming rights until payment is received.
Refunds will not be issued once signage production or facility preparations have begun.
3. Signage & Naming Rights
Sponsors with naming rights may provide a business name/logo for display.
Signage placement is determined by TUTT House and may vary based on facility layout.
The online scheduler listing is provided as an added benefit and may reflect the sponsor’s provided display name.
4. Recognition & Exposure
TUTT House will feature sponsors in-facility, in social media shoutouts, and on the website as described per tier.
Frequency and placement of recognition may vary. TUTT House will make reasonable efforts to maintain visibility throughout the sponsorship term.
5. Use of Logos & Marketing Materials
Sponsors grant TUTT House the right to use provided logos and names for facility signage, online scheduler, social media, and other marketing materials.
Sponsors must provide high-quality logos in acceptable formats (PNG, JPG, SVG).
6. Termination & Cancellation
Sponsorships may be canceled in writing prior to signage production for a full refund.
Once signage is produced or the sponsorship term has begun, no refunds will be issued.
TUTT House reserves the right to terminate sponsorships for non-payment or violation of these terms.
7. Agreement
By submitting this form and payment, the sponsor agrees to these terms and conditions.
